My name is Alison Haill, founder of Oxford Professional Consulting, Executive coach and specialist in coaching skills for managers. With my team of highly qualified specialist trainers and coaches, we help international companies develop leadership characteristics and good communication skills in their senior managers.
For over 30 years I’ve specialised in intercultural communication, working with international managers, leaders and professionals from over 26 nationalities – in Europe, Norway, Brazil, Egypt, Singapore and UK.
And as a professional coach working one-to-one with executives and senior managers, I draw on my international experience, my years in business, and my academic training, to develop the leadership characteristics which achieve results faster.
