Alison Haill - founder of OPC

Oxford Professional Consulting is an internationally-experienced team of specialists, led by Alison Haill who founded the company in 1998 in Oxford, England. Each member of the team has wide-ranging experience and high-level academic qualifications, as well as expertise, empathy and a real enthusiasm for what we do. 

Our aim is to build business performance and productivity, by developing experienced individuals and building new talent, helping each person to optimise their potential through learning, growth and success.

We work in leadership and development, specialising in communication and coaching - in the UK, internationally and across cultures. 

We have over 30 years of experience in working internationally and living abroad. We deliver all courses in English,  and our team members speak a range of other languages, from French, Portuguese and Spanish to Russian and Thai. 

We work across sectors and cultures, in a wide variety of industries, from fashion to pharmaceuticals, and from oil, steel and shipping to education and banking.

Our prices

• For corporate work in UK and Norway: our prices start at £2000 per day per trainer or coach.
• For corporate work in other countries: our prices depend on economic factors. 
• For schools in the UK: we have special prices for schools.
