Then we analyse your aims before designing your programme, selecting the trainers, coaches and specialists to facilitate, so that we suit your company's aims and preferences and those of our course participants.

Each participant receives maximum benefit because we monitor individual performance, progress and reactions throughout the programme and adapt our support as necessary.

Feedback and follow up

Individual feedback is given by our expert trainers to each participant, throughout each training programme, because this is what our clients tell us they appreciate. We build on your strengths to maximise them, while helping you counteract weaknesses and develop new skills.

For every programme, Oxford Professional Consulting provides a range of follow-up options to make sure the learning is integrated into work routines. Our practical coaching by phone or face to face is especially useful - we work with each individual to give you support and make you accountable for putting new learning into action.

We are flexible

All programmes are available on an individual or group basis. You can choose to hold your course in Oxford, in your own company, or in another country.

• For corporate work in UK and Norway: our prices start at £2000 per day per trainer or coach.
• For corporate work in other countries: our prices depend on economic factors. 
• For schools in the UK: we have special prices for schools.
